### We're currently seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant II to join our Oral Surgery team in Leland, NC!

### What You'll Do

-   Assist Dr Capps during oral surgery procedures
-   Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care
-   Review treatment plans and help educate patients about recommended procedures
-   Record patient health histories and maintain accurate documentation
-   Support scheduling and patient flow throughout the day
-   Perform sterilization and ensure compliance with infection control standards
-   Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies when needed
-   Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient

## Requirements

-   DAII training or equivalent
-   **1 to 3 years of oral surgery assisting experience**
-   **NC Xray Certification**
-   **Nitrous Monitoring Certification**
-   CPR certification (or able to obtain within 30 days)
-   Ability to explain treatment plans and insurance information clearly
-   Knowledge of Denticon is a plus
-   Dependable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused
-   Able to travel to other locations when needed
