**Role Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
-   Assist customers with placing, modifying, or cancelling orders.
-   Provide accurate information about products, prescriptions, and delivery timelines.
-   Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently.
-   Collaborate with different teams to ensure effective order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-   Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in customer service, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or MedTech sectors.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
-   Good organisational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
-   Commitment to customer privacy and confidentiality.
-   Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if required.
