**Role Overview**

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Video Editor to join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in professional video editing and post-production, with the ability to create high-quality, engaging, and polished video content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

## Requirements

**Responsibilities**

-   Edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, YouTube, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
-   Handle the full post-production process, including video cutting, sequencing, transitions, colour correction, colour grading, sound editing, and visual enhancements.
-   Create engaging video content that aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and project requirements.
-   Add motion graphics, animations, titles, subtitles, visual effects, and other creative elements where required.
-   Work with raw footage and transform it into polished, professional, and platform-ready videos.
-   Select and synchronise appropriate music, sound effects, voiceovers, and other audio elements to enhance the final production.
-   Adapt videos into different formats, durations, and aspect ratios suitable for different digital and social media platforms.
-   Collaborate with the Marketing and Content Teams to understand creative requirements and deliver videos in line with campaign objectives.
-   Maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the editing process.
-   Stay up to date with current video-editing techniques, trends, formats, and industry-standard post-production practices.

**Requirements**

-   Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.
-   Strong proficiency in professional video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
-   Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, transitions, colour grading, audio editing, and visual effects.
-   Experience creating video content for social media and digital platforms.
-   Ability to work with different video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and platform requirements.
-   Strong creative judgement with excellent attention to detail.
-   Ability to transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional final content.
-   Advanced/Fluent English (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication and collaboration with global teams.
-   A strong portfolio demonstrating professional video-editing work.
-   Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects when required.
