## Description

Riko Group is a management services organization supporting Riko, a medical aesthetics clinic chain specializing in cosmetic laser treatments, dermatology, and skincare. Riko opened its first location in Midtown Manhattan and is preparing to open a flagship location in SoHo.  

Our goal is to build Riko into a comprehensive beauty and wellness brand spanning both medical services and retail. Inspired by Korean aesthetics, Riko serves a diverse clientele across New York City, with a particular focus on young professionals in their 20s to 40s.

We are a growing team of marketers, engineers, and operators looking for a Human Resources Manager to help us build a strong team as we expand. This role will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.

The Human Resources Manager will work on-site at our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.

**Responsibilities**

-   Lead recruiting across our clinics and headquarters, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers.
-   Partner with clinic managers to identify staffing needs and plan for growth.
-   Manage onboarding and off-boarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
-   Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and help resolve workplace concerns.
-   Coordinate payroll, benefits, time off, and performance reviews.
-   Help build a positive workplace culture.

**Compensation**

-   Full-time: $ 90,000 to $120,000

## Requirements

-   Experience in human resources, with a background in recruiting and talent acquisition.
-   Friendly, approachable, and collaborative, with the ability to build trust across the team.
-   Comfortable working independently and adapting to a growing company.
-   Available to work on-site at our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.
-   Experience in healthcare, beauty, retail, or another service-based business is a plus.
