## Description

We're looking for an **ERP & Information Systems Lead** to take ownership of our core business applications, with Priority ERP at the center.

This is a hands-on role combining strong business process understanding with system implementation and ownership. You will work closely with business and operational teams to lead and improve end-to-end business processes, identify business needs and improvement opportunities, translate them into effective system solutions, and drive their implementation and adoption, with a strong focus on operational and manufacturing processes, integrations and automation.  
  
Key Responsibilities:

-   Priority ERP Ownership - Own and continuously improve Priority ERP to support business and operational needs.
-   Business Process Analysis & Implementation - Analyze end-to-end business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, translate business needs into system solutions, and lead them from requirements and design through testing, implementation and user adoption.
-   Integrations & Automation - Lead and implement integrations between Priority and other business applications using REST APIs, ETL and automation tools.
-   Application Support & Optimization - Resolve complex application and process issues and continuously improve system utilization.

## Requirements

-   7+ years of experience in Information Systems / ERP implementation and management.
-   Strong hands-on experience with Priority ERP, including implementation and ongoing system ownership.
-   Proven ability to analyze end-to-end business processes, identify gaps, design solutions, and lead implementation and user adoption.
-   Experience leading information systems initiatives from requirements through implementation and go-live.
-   Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL and automation tools.
-   Strong SQL and query-writing skills.
-   _Priority_ development experience - an advantage.
-   Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement or MRP processes – a strong advantage.
-   High proficiency in English
