**Job Brief**

We are looking for a visionary Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations across our kitchens. You will set the culinary strategy, oversee Head Chefs and kitchen teams, and ensure every outlet delivers consistent quality that reflects our brand. This role suits a highly experienced chef ready to shape the company's overall food and kitchen direction.

**Key Responsibilities**

•  Set the overall culinary vision, standards, and strategy across all kitchens and outlets.

•  Lead, mentor, and oversee Head Chefs and senior kitchen leaders company-wide.

•  Own the total kitchen budget, including food cost, labor, and capital equipment planning.

•  Drive menu innovation and concept development in line with brand and business goals.

•  Ensure company-wide compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.

•  Build strategic supplier and partner relationships to support quality and cost efficiency.

•  Work with senior management on business planning, new openings, and brand growth.

## Requirements

•  Culinary degree required; advanced business or hospitality management qualification is a strong plus.

•  At least 15 years of kitchen experience, including several years as a Head Chef or similar senior role.

•  Outstanding leadership, strategic, and financial skills; able to oversee multiple kitchens or brands.
