We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical **Food & Beverage (F&B) Controller** to join our team in **Mythos Palace Resort**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring food and beverage costs, controlling inventory, analyzing financial performance, and ensuring efficient cost management across all F&B operations.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
-   Conduct regular stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
-   Monitor purchasing, receiving, storage, and issuing procedures.
-   Analyze food and beverage consumption, wastage, and variances.
-   Ensure compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.
-   Collaborate with the F&B, Kitchen, Purchasing, and Finance departments.
-   Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
-   Prepare regular reports for management and recommend corrective actions.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Previous experience in F&B cost control, preferably within a hotel or restaurant environment.
-   Strong knowledge of inventory management, costing, and financial reporting.
-   Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant PMS or inventory management systems.
-   High attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
