Welcome to the Roadmap to Residency. First we just wanted to take the time to outline your achievements thus far! Working with R2R is a rewarding experience because we get to watch our students/trainees grow as they embark on the start of their careers and medical journey. You can help these young doctors realize their dreams! You will make many contacts, friends, and colleagues during these times. At Roadmap to Residency we seek to offer support and guidance when there is often none and the tutoring process is part of this program. It is the backbone of the institution and allows students/trainees to solidify residency spots nationwide. y
We are physicians who created this alliance for undergraduates pursuing medical school and medical students pursuing residency. Having been through the USMLE exams and match ourselves we have found that much of the information that is received can be outdated and sometimes erroneous. Our mission is to be voice and support system for students.
