We’re looking for an **experienced Bread Baker** to join our friendly bakery team.

If you’re passionate about producing great bread, take pride in your craft and enjoy working with quality ingredients, this could be the role for you.

Hours: 32 hours per week (evenings) shifts between 1pm-11pm . We bake Sunday to Friday evening. Saturday off.

As a baker, you'll play a key role in our operations. You will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread products, from classic loaves to specialty breads. Your attention to detail and passion for baking will help us maintain the quality and consistency of our breads.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Preparing ingredients for dough, mixing dough and handling dough according to recipes and standards.

-   Operating baking equipment, such as ovens and provers, safely and efficiently.

-   Monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results.

-   Assisting with inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
-   Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the bakery area.
-   Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth running of the department.

## Requirements

-   **We’re looking for someone with:**

-   Previous professional bread-baking experience
-   A strong knowledge of doughs, proving and baking
-   Pride in producing consistently high-quality products
-   A reliable, hands-on approach
-   The ability to work well independently as well as part of team in a fast paced environment.
-   Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-   Food hygiene and safety certification is preferred.
