### About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **Senior UX Designer** for a 3-month onsite contract in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end user experience design process and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital solutions. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the UX process from discovery and research through to final delivery.
-   Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.
-   Translate business requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
-   Develop and maintain scalable design systems.
-   Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and key stakeholders onsite.
-   Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions.
-   Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
-   Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
-   Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across digital platforms.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in UX design.
-   Proven track record of delivering complex digital products (web and/or mobile).
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, research, and measurable impact.
-   Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
-   Solid understanding of usability standards and accessibility best practices.
-   Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Must be available to work onsite in Abu Dhabi for the full contract duration.
