**About the Role**

We're looking for a **Product Manager** to lead the planning, execution, and evolution of key product streams across our platform. This role is ideal for someone who can balance **product thinking, delivery discipline, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness**.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Own product planning and delivery for assigned modules, initiatives, and feature sets across the platform.
-   Translate business goals, client needs, and operational challenges into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
-   Write product documentation including PRDs, feature briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow definitions, and release notes.
-   Work closely with engineering, design, QA, account management, and leadership teams to drive end-to-end execution.
-   Communicate clearly with clients and external stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify scope, manage expectations, and represent product direction.
-   Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions when needed.
-   Act as a bridge between external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment while maintaining product quality and scalability.
-   Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, product strategy, effort, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
-   Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarification with technical teams.
-   Ensure features are designed for scalability and reusability rather than one-off solutions.
-   Coordinate with account managers and client-facing teams to gather structured feedback and convert it into actionable product inputs.
-   Align internal and external stakeholders on roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and timelines.
-   Monitor feature adoption, product performance, user feedback, and post-launch issues to guide product improvements.
-   Support the rollout of new modules, integrations, AI-powered capabilities, and operational workflows.
-   Maintain strong product operations through documentation, backlog management, releases, and cross-team communication.

## Requirements

-   4–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role in SaaS, technology, or digital platforms.
-   Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured product documentation.
-   Experience working closely with software engineering teams in agile or fast-moving delivery environments.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including dealing directly with clients and external partners.
-   Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable product solutions.
-   Comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple products, clients, or internal teams.
-   Strong attention to detail and high ownership mentality.
-   Excellent written and spoken English.
-   Experience using tools such as Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
