We are hiring a **Team Lead** to join an innovative **travel tech startup** serving the **MENA region**. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading technical teams, driving delivery, and working in a modern, remote-friendly environment.

**Job Purpose**

We are seeking a **Mid-Level Mobile Developer** with a strong foundation in native development and a passion for building clean, maintainable, and scalable applications. **Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.**

**Key Responsibilities**

You will play a key role in designing and building robust mobile applications that integrate seamlessly with our backend ecosystem. This includes:

-   Developing **native mobile applications** for iOS and Android
-   Implementing **secure authentication flows** using OAuth2 / OpenID Connect (Auth0 preferred)
-   Integrating with **Azure-based RESTful APIs**
-   Building **offline-first capabilities** where required
-   Designing **scalable, maintainable mobile architectures**
-   Contributing to how mobile systems interact with backend services—not just consuming APIs, but helping shape them
-   Design and implement **production-ready mobile applications**
-   Integrate APIs with proper **error handling, retry strategies, and performance optimization**
-   Implement **secure authentication** and manage token lifecycles
-   Ensure high standards of **performance, responsiveness, and user experience**
-   Contribute to **technical and architectural decisions**
