## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Salesforce Solution Architect** to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce solutions across multiple business domains.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience across Salesforce clouds, strong technical architecture expertise, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. Experience within the **aviation industry** is highly preferred

## Key Responsibilities

-   Lead the end-to-end solution architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
-   Design scalable solutions across **Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud**.
-   Translate business requirements into technical architecture, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.
-   Architect solutions using Salesforce core technologies, including **SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)**.
-   Design complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications, enterprise platforms, and external systems.
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate technical constraints, and recommend appropriate solutions.
-   Work closely with development teams to break down architecture designs into actionable technical requirements and development tasks.
-   Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure solutions follow Salesforce architecture best practices.
-   Define integration patterns, data flows, and system dependencies to support seamless business operations.
-   Identify architectural risks, performance considerations, and opportunities for optimization throughout the implementation lifecycle.

## Requirements

-   **8+ years of professional experience**, with extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation.
-   **Salesforce Certified Solution Architect**.
-   Proven hands-on experience with all four Salesforce modules:

-   Sales Cloud
-   Service Cloud
-   Data Cloud
-   Marketing Cloud

-   Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce solutions across different business domains.
-   Strong expertise in Salesforce core technologies, including **SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)**.
-   Proven ability to architect complex Salesforce solutions involving integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
-   Strong understanding of Salesforce solution architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, and platform capabilities.
-   Ability to clearly articulate technical constraints, architectural decisions, and proposed solutions to business stakeholders.
-   Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate high-level architecture into detailed solution components and development tasks.
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
