**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Senior CMS Manager with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead end-to-end digital content operations across enterprise websites and digital platforms. This role combines hands-on AEM authoring experience with operational leadership, governance, publishing management, stakeholder coordination, and team mentorship.

The ideal candidate will oversee multi-site and multilingual content delivery, define authoring standards and workflows, manage publishing operations, and ensure high-quality, accessible, and SEO-optimized digital experiences. The Senior CMS Manager will serve as the primary liaison between content, marketing, design, development, QA, and product teams.

**Role Responsibilities**

### Content Operations Leadership

-   Own day-to-day content operations across AEM-managed websites and digital platforms.
-   Plan, prioritize, and oversee content publishing activities across multiple markets, brands, and languages.
-   Manage content delivery timelines and coordinate publishing schedules with cross-functional teams.

### Authoring Standards & Governance

-   Define and maintain authoring standards, content governance processes, and editorial workflows.

### SEO & Accessibility Oversight

## Requirements

-   6+ years of experience in web content management and digital publishing.

-   4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets.
-   2+ years in a senior, lead, or managerial role overseeing content operations or content teams.
-   Proven experience managing enterprise content across multi-site, multi-market, and multilingual environments.
-   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
