**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated Junior .NET Developer to join our team on a 6-month remote contract. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of .NET fundamentals and C# who is eager to gain hands-on experience working on real-world applications in a collaborative development environment.

**Role Responsibilities**

-   Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot applications using C# and the .NET platform.
-   Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
-   Collaborate with senior developers, QA engineers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software.
-   Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.
-   Debug and resolve software defects and performance issues.
-   Follow established coding standards and development best practices.

## Requirements

-   Basic to intermediate experience with **C#** and the **.NET** framework/platform.
-   Strong understanding of **.NET fundamentals**, including object-oriented programming (OOP), classes, inheritance, interfaces, exception handling, and collections.
-   Understanding of software development principles and coding best practices.
-   Familiarity with Visual Studio and Git/version control.
-   Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

**Nice to Have**

-   Exposure to [ASP.NET](http://asp.net/) Core or Web API.
-   Basic knowledge of SQL Server and database fundamentals.
-   Familiarity with REST APIs.
-   Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices.
