**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate and creative **Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer** to join **Robusta**, a leading digital agency that crafts human-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience from concept to delivery, ensuring that every product we design is both functional and delightful.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct **user research**, **interviews**, and **usability testing** to understand user needs and pain points.
-   Translate insights into **user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs**.
-   Collaborate with **product managers, developers, and stakeholders** to define and implement innovative solutions.
-   Design consistent, scalable **UI components and design systems**.
-   Ensure designs align with **business goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards**.
-   Work with developers to ensure accurate **design handoff and implementation**.
-   Stay up to date with the **latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies**.
-   Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes within the team.

## Requirements

-   **3–6 years of professional experience** in UI/UX design or product design.
-   Strong portfolio showcasing **end-to-end design work** (from research to final visuals).
-   Proficiency in **Figma** and other design/prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
-   Solid understanding of **user-centered design principles**, **information architecture**, and **interaction design**.
-   Experience working on both **web and mobile platforms**.
-   Knowledge of **design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices**.
-   Excellent **English and communication skills**.
-   Familiarity with **frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React)** is a plus.
-   Experience in **fintech or digital product environments** is an advantage.
