**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate and creative **Senior UI Designer** to join Robusta, a leading digital agency that crafts human-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will focus on creating **high-quality, visually compelling, and intuitive digital interfaces** across web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with UX, product, and development teams to translate concepts and user needs into polished, engaging, and scalable digital experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Create visually compelling and intuitive **UI designs** for web and mobile platforms.
-   Translate UX concepts, user flows, and requirements into **high-fidelity interfaces**.
-   Develop and maintain **scalable UI components and design systems**.
-   Apply strong knowledge of **visual hierarchy, typography, color, layout, spacing, and interaction design**.
-   Create interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions.
-   Ensure consistency across digital products while following **brand guidelines and accessibility standards**.
-   Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
-   Work with developers to ensure accurate **design implementation and pixel-perfect handoff**.
-   Stay up to date with modern **UI, visual, interaction, and digital design trends**.

## Requirements

-   **5–10 years of professional experience** in UI design, visual design, or digital product design.
-   Strong portfolio showcasing **high-quality UI work** across web and mobile platforms.
-   Strong expertise in **visual design**, including typography, color, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, and composition.
-   Solid understanding of **interaction design** and the ability to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
-   Proficiency in **Figma** and other UI/prototyping tools such as Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
-   Strong experience designing and maintaining **design systems, reusable UI components, and visual guidelines**.
-   Experience creating **responsive designs** across web and mobile platforms.

-   Experience collaborating closely with **UX designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders**.
-   Strong communication skills and **excellent English proficiency**.
-   Experience working with developers to ensure accurate **design handoff and implementation**.
-   Familiarity with **frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS/React** is a plus.
-   Experience working in **digital products, fintech, or digital agency environments** is an advantage.
