### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced **E-commerce Operations Manager** to oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations across multiple e-commerce partners. In this role, you will ensure every order is fulfilled accurately, delivered on time, and managed within agreed cost targets while maintaining operational excellence across warehousing, logistics, and last-mile delivery.

You will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations, managing third-party logistics partners, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring scalable processes that support business growth. You will also collaborate with the Ventures Director to evaluate new business opportunities and develop operational plans for prospective partners.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Own end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations from order placement to final delivery.
-   Ensure delivery, order accuracy, inventory, and operational cost KPIs are consistently achieved.
-   Manage warehouses, 3PL providers, and last-mile delivery partners to meet agreed SLAs and budgets.
-   Oversee returns and reverse logistics to maximize stock recovery and operational efficiency.
-   Plan operational capacity to support seasonal peaks and business growth without service disruption.
-   Standardize fulfillment processes to improve scalability and accelerate onboarding of new partners.
-   Monitor operational performance, analyze KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Collaborate with the Ventures Director to assess new opportunities and build operational proposals for prospective partners.
-   Work cross-functionally to improve inventory management, fulfillment workflows, and delivery performance.
-   Identify opportunities to optimize logistics partnerships and reduce operational costs across active accounts.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
-   6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or retail operations.
-   2–3 years of dedicated experience in e-commerce operations.
-   Proven experience managing warehouses, 3PL providers, and last-mile delivery partners.
-   Strong knowledge of fulfillment operations, inventory management, and reverse logistics.
-   Experience managing operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and cost per order.
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage peak operational periods.
-   Experience leading operational teams and driving process improvement initiatives.
