## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Manager – UX/UI Designer** to lead the user experience design process for digital products related to **Open Finance**. The role focuses on creating intuitive, seamless, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for **wireframing, prototyping, usability testing support, and UI design**, while collaborating closely with **product managers, developers, and stakeholders** to ensure that design solutions align with both **user needs and business goals**.

This role requires someone who can **own the design lifecycle**, advocate for users, and contribute to the evolution of UX strategy and design processes.

### Key Responsibilities

### UX & Interaction Design

-   Design the **information architecture and interaction flows** for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
-   Create **wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps** to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys.
-   Apply **user-centered design principles** to improve usability and product adoption.

### Prototyping & UI Design

-   Develop **low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes** using tools such as **Figma, Sketch, or Miro**.
-   Create **high-quality UI designs, mockups, and interactive prototypes** aligned with design systems.
-   Work closely with UI and development teams to ensure **design feasibility and consistency**.

### Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

-   Collaborate with **product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams** to align design with product strategy.
-   Present design concepts, research insights, and usability findings to stakeholders.
-   Advocate for the **user perspective throughout the product lifecycle**.

### UX Strategy & Continuous Improvement

## Requirements

-   **6–8 years of experience** in UX/UI design.
-   Proven experience designing **web and mobile applications**.
-   Experience with **wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing**.
-   Experience working in **cross-functional teams within Agile environments**.

### Technical Skills

-   Strong expertise in **Figma, Sketch, Miro, or Adobe XD**.
-   Strong understanding of **user research and design thinking methodologies**.
-   Experience creating **wireframes, prototypes, and design systems**.
-   Understanding of **responsive design and digital accessibility**.
-   Basic knowledge of **HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks** is a plus.
