**Job Overview**

We are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to lead the design and delivery of customer data solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines technical expertise with business consulting, helping stakeholders define use cases, unify data, and drive personalized customer engagement strategies.

**Role Responsibilities**

-   Lead the implementation and configuration of **Salesforce Data Cloud** solutions
-   Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
-   Design data models, identity resolution strategies, and data unification processes
-   Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, web, mobile, third-party platforms) into Data Cloud
-   Define and build audience segmentation and activation strategies
-   Provide guidance on best practices for data governance, privacy, and compliance
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and analytics
-   Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and data workflows
-   Stay up to date with the latest capabilities of **Salesforce** and Data Cloud

## Requirements

-   4–7 years of experience within the **Salesforce** ecosystem
-   Proven hands-on experience with **Salesforce Data Cloud** or other CDP platforms
-   Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes
-   Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
-   Experience with APIs and system integrations
-   Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
