**Job Overview:** The Technical Recruitment Partner will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top tech talent to meet the needs of our global client base. This role requires a deep understanding of various technology positions, recruitment best practices, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for finding and placing the best tech talent in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **End-to-End Recruitment:**

-   Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from initial job requisition to successful placement.
-   Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top tech talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referral programs.
-   Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements.

-   **Stakeholder Collaboration:**

-   Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific technical needs of each role, including required skills, experience levels, and cultural fit.
-   Provide expert advice to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate availability.
-   Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, ensuring clear communication and a positive recruitment experience.

-   **Candidate Experience:**

-   Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
-   Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
-   Manage the offer negotiation process, ensuring a win-win outcome for both candidates and clients.

-   **Technical Knowledge:**

-   Maintain a deep understanding of various technical roles, including but not limited to software development, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
-   Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry developments to better assess candidate skills and market relevance.

-   **Reporting and Analysis:**

-   Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction, to continuously improve recruitment processes.
-   Prepare and present reports to senior management, providing insights into recruitment performance and areas for improvement.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, within a technology-focused company.
-   Strong understanding of various tech roles and the skills required for each, with the ability to effectively evaluate technical candidates.
-   Proven track record of successfully placing tech talent in competitive markets.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
-   Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
-   Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
