**About the role**

RocketAMS is an ecommerce agency running Amazon for leading consumer brands. You would own paid media across a portfolio of those brands, joining a very short list of people in Australia who genuinely know how to run Amazon as a channel.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Campaign strategy and budgets across a portfolio of ecommerce brands
-   Accountability for return on ad spend, measured monthly against targets you help set
-   Reporting that ends in a recommendation rather than a chart
-   Budget pacing across brands with different margins and different appetites for risk
-   Working with brand managers, designers and copywriters to fix the things ads cannot fix
-   Presenting performance to clients, including in the months that go badly

## Requirements

-   Two or more years running paid media, agency side preferred
-   Hands on time in the platforms, not oversight of someone else doing it
-   Comfort owning a monthly budget and answering for it
-   Strong written communication, because a large part of this job is explaining numbers to people who do not live in them
-   Google Sheets, plus a willingness to live in ClickUp and Slack
-   Ecommerce, retail or direct to consumer clients (nice to have)
-   GA4, Looker Studio, SA360 or similar (nice to have)
-   Retail media at Coles, Woolworths or Chemist Warehouse (nice to have)
-   Any exposure to Amazon, marketplaces or Shopify (nice to have)
