- Their laser focus on solving tough problems has resulted in repeat customers and strong profitability since 2024.
- They have worked hard to build a mission-driven company culture that values creativity, collaboration, excellence, and speed without sacrificing fun.

- They look for curious, smart, and kind colleagues with an entrepreneurial streak (they have quite a few ex-entrepreneurs on their team).
- This company is a great place to learn from energy finance experts and play a critical role in deploying clean energy technologies such as battery storage, nuclear, manufacturing, solar, and wind.

### About the Role

- Mentor and manage a high-performing team.
- Manage the delivery of industry-leading audited reports through the platform, ensuring rigorous human-in-the-loop auditing processes.
- Provide product feedback by partnering closely with product and engineering teams, representing customer needs and contributing to platform roadmap discussions.
- Establish best practices to ensure accurate, consistent, and scalable data collection and maintenance.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align on customer satisfaction goals, retention strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Act as a go-to resource on complex federal/state guidance and labor compliance requirements, creating materials and training that empower both customers and internal teams.

### What You'll Need

- **7+ years** of experience in a high-paced, fast growth environment or at a leading tax, accounting, legal, or consulting firm
- Clear track record of high performance and increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to dig into technical tax / accounting topics and understand the details
- Experience managing customer relationships as a trusted advisor; strong communication skills and comfort explaining complex topics and answering tough questions

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

### Nice to Haves

- Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm or similar
