### About the Role

The **Partnerships/Account Executive** will work closely with the **CEO and leadership team** to help scale. This person will lead the growing **Partnerships (GTM) team** that focuses on bringing in new groups and supporting them as they scale.

### What You’ll Own

-   **Manage relationships** with large enterprise clients (often founders of fast-growing startups)
-   **Guide clients** through launching and scaling successfully
-   **Shape partnership terms** (scope, pricing, timelines)
-   **Close deals efficiently** by resolving concerns and ensuring seamless onboarding
-   **Maintain client satisfaction** through regular touchpoints and support
-   **Lead with drive, grit, empathy**, and high-velocity execution
-   **Own cross-functional projects** that are leadership priorities
-   **Build/refine systems** to boost GTM productivity and prepare for 10x growth
