POSITION SUMMARY

-   We are seeking a Senior Consultant with proven Oracle Learning Cloud and Talent Management configuration experience to own the OLC workstream on our regional implementations. Oracle Learning Cloud is the primary module; Oracle Performance Management and Goal Management are secondary. You will configure end-to-end, from catalogue architecture through assignment rules to compliance reporting, and collaborate with the broader HCM delivery team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

-   Design the learning catalogue architecture — making the catalogue structure, community membership, access control, and Catalog Administration Profile decisions that determine what learners see before a single course is created
-   Configure the full range of Oracle Learning content types — self-paced modules, instructor-led offerings, blended learning with sequenced activities and prerequisites, and Specialisations as multi-course learning journeys
-   Build and own the assignment rule framework — configuring mandatory compliance assignments triggered by HR events, scheduled curricula, self-enrolment workflows, expiry windows, and renewal triggers
-   Configure assessment and completion tracking — quiz and exam setup, passing score thresholds, completion signal configuration, certificate generation, and validity period controls
-   Integrate Oracle Learning with the broader Talent Management suite — connecting competency-gap driven recommendations, career development learning paths, and succession readiness plans to the learning catalogue
-   Configure Oracle Performance Management — form templates, route maps, rating scales, calibration setup, and the integration between performance ratings and compensation planning
-   Configure Goal Management — goal plan templates, goal library administration, cascading rules from organisation to individual, and alignment between goal completion and performance scoring.

## Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

-   4–6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience with proven hands-on Oracle Learning Cloud configuration on at least two delivery projects — not support ticket resolution or advisory roles
-   Demonstrated assignment rule configuration experience: has built HR event-triggered mandatory assignments, renewal rules, and expiry windows on a live client programme
-   Hands-on completion tracking and assessment configuration — has dealt with SCORM completion failures and knows how to diagnose and fix them without raising a support request
-   Oracle Performance Management and/or Goal Management configuration experience — can design a route map and explain the stage sequencing logic to an HR Director
-   Client workshop facilitation — has led L&D requirements workshops and translated L&D Director inputs into Oracle Learning configuration decisions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-   Oracle Talent Management Cloud Implementation Professional — the primary module certification covering Performance, Goals, Learning, and Succession; expected at Senior level for this role
-   Oracle Compensation Cloud Implementation Professional — Compensation and Talent planning are deeply connected in Oracle; cross-certification is a strong differentiator
-   Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications HCM Process Essentials certified — the foundational HCM credential confirming cross-module process understanding
-   SCORM/xAPI/AICC content standards knowledge — sufficient to advise a client's L&D team on content authoring tool compatibility with Oracle Learning
-   Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or OTBI for learning compliance dashboards and completion reporting
