## Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Sales Manager (Energy & Offshore)** to drive business expansion in the Oil & Gas and offshore markets across local and regional areas. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing new prospects, managing client relationships, and delivering integrated marine products and systems to meet customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Source new prospects and recommend suitable marine products/integrated systems and services for seaworthiness.
-   Manage and analyze sales leads to create and forecast business plans for potential customers.
-   Implement and execute business plans aligned with corporate goals to achieve sales performance targets.
-   Work closely with the internal proposal team to prepare high-quality proposals tailored to customer requirements.
-   Liaise with technical teams to ensure efficiency in sales and delivery of systems and services.
-   Respond to customer enquiries and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
-   Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

## Requirements

-   Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
-   4–8 years of relevant working experience with a proven sales track record.
-   Strong knowledge of the marine industry, particularly in the Energy sector.
-   Background as Ex-Sailors, Ex-Radio Officers, or Ex-Navy personnel will be an advantage.
-   Established network and customer contacts with local and regional shipyards and ship owners.
-   Excellent business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
-   Clear career progression pathway available.
