Royal Ocean Marine is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Marine Superintendent to join our client's team, a tanker company. As a Marine Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of vessels. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the maritime industry and contribute towards maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

-   Oversee the safe and compliant operation of vessels
-   Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
-   Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards
-   Manage vessel budgets and monitor expenses
-   Coordinate and supervise vessel maintenance and repairs
-   Provide technical support and guidance to vessel crews

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Marine Superintendent or a similar role
-   Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry best practices
-   Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
-   Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
-   Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-   Proficiency in using computer software and tools for data analysis and reporting
-   Valid COC and relevant certifications will be advantageous
