## Description

Roles & Responsibilities

### Key Accountabilities:

-   Involvement in vehicle navigation and project commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
-   On-site hardware and software troubleshooting
-   Work closely with the customer’s engineering team to provide technical consultation and on- and off-site support
-   Advise customers/dealers for all warranty issues
-   Conduct technical investigation and ensure prompt closure
-   Review technical challenges and propose suitable technical solutions
-   Liaise with factory central support team to address product support issues
-   Provide technical training to dealers/customers
-   Provide technical training to internal technical staff
-   Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

## Requirements

### **Education & Experience**

-   Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering, or
-   Diploma in Engineering field with 10 years of working experience

### **Skills & Competencies**

-   At least 1 years of hands-on experience with handling equipment ( forklifts, crane, lifting equipment, rotating equipment, conveyor belts, machinery
-   Good knowledge in high voltage systems, engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical systems
-   Background in Control Systems and/or Mechatronics or AVG is a plus
-   Team player with strong problem-solving skills
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-   Must be independent and possess initiative
-   Able to work closely with internal stakeholders and provide technical support
-   Willingness to travel is required
