## Description

**Service Enginee**r

-   Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspectionsin accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
-   Collaborate with the service team to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
-   Diagnose faults and provide technical solutions to complex equipment issues.
-   Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts required, and job completion timelines.
-   Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site and promote a safety-conscious environment.
-   Assist in the identification of opportunities for service contracts and spare parts sales during service visits.
-   Foster strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service to build trust and repeat business.
-   Travel to customer sites as required for service delivery and emergencies.
-   Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices and new technologies.

## Requirements

-   Technical diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience.
-   At least 5 years of experience working with cranes or similar marine lifting equipment.
-   In-depth knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
-   Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
-   Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as necessary.
-   Proficient in MS Office and technical documentation.
-   Experience on marine/ offshore cranes and lifting equipment will be advantageous
