## Description

We're seeking an experienced **1099 Recruiter** to support hiring for a fast-growing autonomous vehicle (AV) transportation company. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring drivers and transportation-related talent. This role is commission only.

## Requirements

**What We're Looking For:**

-   Proven recruiting experience in transportation, logistics, driver, or operations roles
-   Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
-   Ability to work independently and deliver hires quickly
-   Existing database/network of drivers is a major plus
-   Access to your own sourcing tools and recruiting resources preferred
-   AV, mobility, transportation, or logistics industry experience is a plus
