We are seeking a proactive and strategic Project Manager to join our dynamic **Qual team** in the role of Project Manager at Sago.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage multiple research projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
-   Coordinate with supervisors, recruiters, and clients to align on project needs and updates.
-   Prepare and maintain tracking tools and reports for clear communication of progress.
-   Collaborate across teams to ensure successful recruiting and resolve issues quickly.
-   Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients, providing timely updates.
-   Use company systems and tools effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Handle unexpected challenges with urgency, escalating when necessary.
-   Support company goals such as client satisfaction and efficient project close‑out.
-   Understand project costs and feasibility to maintain healthy margins.
-   Adapt to changes in project requirements with flexibility.
-   Deliver excellent service and build strong client relationships.
-   Follow company procedures and standards.
-   Perform other related duties as needed.

## Requirements

-   Ability to multi-task and be flexible.

-   Ability to problem solve and make decisions.
-   High School Diploma or equivalent.
-   Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred.
-   2+ years of experience working in a market research environment or combined project management experience preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel required).
