### Responsibilities

-   Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
-   Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
-   Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team or senior management.
-   Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
-   Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
-   Track and report on sales activities, leads, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
-   Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
-   Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation roles, preferably within recruitment or staffing industry.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
-   Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
-   Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
-   Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-   Knowledge of recruitment processes and international staffing is an advantage.
-   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
