## Description

Same Day Water Heaters, LLC is looking for a Permit Technician to join our dynamic permitting team to support our growing department. We’re looking for a detail-oriented candidate that can excel in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines and be an effective team player as well as an effective written and verbal communicator. Proficiency in MS office applications is a must.

Same Day Water Heaters, LLC is an established and growing home services plumbing company located in Dallas, Texas.

As a Permit Technician, you are responsible for:

-   Accurately reporting to the Permit Team Manager, as well as interacting with other managers
-   Basic data entry responsibilities

-   Ensuring tasks being completed accurately and in a timely manner
-   Answering phones and resolving customer conflicts when needed
-   Maintaining positive associate morale
-   Performing general clerical duties (e.g., copying, filing, etc.)

## Requirements

-   Stable employment history
-   The ability to work well in a team environment
-   Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word
-   Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude always
-   Attendance and punctuality are extremely important to support the team and our customers
-   A quick study, able to ask questions and to learn from the team of office associates
