**About the Job:**

The Executive Office is looking for **an Executive Assistant to the President & CEO** with a strategic focus on enabling executive priorities, building trusted relationships, and ensuring the seamless operation of the Executive Office. This role is far more than traditional administrative support: it serves as a trusted partner to the President & CEO, creating capacity for leadership to focus on the Airport Authority's purpose and long-term vision.

The Executive Assistant to the President & CEO serves as the central coordination point for executive operations, balancing complex priorities with sound judgment, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs before they arise, manage competing demands with confidence, and foster strong relationships with Board members, elected officials, community leaders, business partners, and employees across the organization.

From executive communications and presentations to travel coordination and special projects, this role operates with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism. Success is measured not only by keeping things organized, but by ensuring the President & CEO is prepared, informed, and positioned to focus on the Authority's most important priorities.

**What You’ll Do:**

-   **Executive Partnership:** Provides strategic and administrative support to the President & CEO, coordinating priorities, calendars, materials, action items, and executive office operations.
-   **Communications Management:** Prepares presentations, correspondence, and briefing materials while facilitating clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
-   **Travel & Logistics:** Manages domestic and international travel arrangements, related documentation, and expense reimbursements.
-   **Executive Office Operations:** Oversees the Executive Office budget, manages confidential communications and records, and continuously improves systems and processes.
-   **Meeting & Project Management:** Coordinates meetings and events, tracks priorities and deadlines, documents key discussions, and provides guidance to administrative support staff.
-   **Stakeholder Engagement:** Cultivates trusted relationships, represents the President & CEO with internal and external partners, and proactively addresses issues to support organizational priorities..

## Requirements

**The Experience You Need to Have\*\*:**

-   Ten years of administrative support experience, preferably to executives or an equivalent level, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
-   Graduation from high school or G.E.D. equivalent. 

**Preferred Licenses; Certificates; Special Requirements:**

-   California Notary Public certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
-   Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE), or similar professional certification.
