We’re now looking for a **customer-focused Account Manager** to drive client growth, ensure renewals, and maximize long-term partnerships.

### 📋 What You’ll Be Doing

-   **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
-   **Renewal Ownership**: Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
-   **Upsell & Cross-Sell**: Identify opportunities to expand product adoption (e.g., ongoing monitoring, adverse media, case management).
-   **Strategic Account Planning**: Develop tailored growth plans aligned with clients’ business objectives and industry needs.
-   **Customer Advocacy**: Represent client feedback internally, influencing product roadmap and support priorities.
-   **Pipeline & Forecasting**: Track renewals, upsell opportunities, and revenue forecasts in CRM (HubSpot).
-   **Collaboration**: Work closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver value and seamless onboarding.

## Requirements

### 🎓 What We’re Looking For

-   **Experience**: Minimum **2+ years in B2B SaaS account management**, ideally within enterprise/financial services.
-   **Proven Success**: Track record in renewals and expansions with measurable impact.
-   **Relationship Builder**: Skilled in trust-based stakeholder engagement, including senior executives.
-   **Language Skills**: Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
-   **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to connect client ROI with product adoption.
-   **CRM Proficiency**: Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms.
