**Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, Network Technology to lead and manage complex network and broadband technology initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong program management expertise, deep knowledge of network technologies, and direct experience within the telecommunications and broadband industry. **This is a remote position requiring candidates to reside in the United States and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship or visa transfers. Please note that we do not work C2C.**

**Responsibilities**

·       Lead and manage multiple network technology programs and projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

·       Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, project schedules, risk registers, and status reporting.

·       Collaborate with engineering, operations, product, construction, vendors, and executive stakeholders to drive program execution and alignment.

·       Manage the deployment, upgrade, and optimization of network infrastructure, broadband technologies, and related systems.

·       Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, proactively developing mitigation and contingency plans.

·       Facilitate cross-functional meetings, governance reviews, and executive-level status updates.

·       Coordinate vendor and third-party partner activities to ensure deliverables meet contractual and operational requirements.

·       Track program performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve execution and operational efficiency.

·       Ensure compliance with organizational standards, industry regulations, and project management best practices.

·       Support strategic planning and roadmap development for network and broadband technology initiatives.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

·       7+ years of project and/or program management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.

·       Required: Telecommunications and/or broadband industry experience.

·       Required: Experience managing projects involving network technologies, including network infrastructure, transport, fiber, wireless, IP, broadband, or related technologies.

·       Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

·       Strong understanding of program management methodologies, project lifecycle management, budgeting, risk management, and resource planning.

·       Experience working with network engineering, operations, deployment, and technology teams.

·       Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

·       Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.

·       Preferred experience supporting broadband network expansion, fiber deployment, network modernization, or infrastructure transformation programs.

·       Familiarity with telecommunications technologies such as FTTH, DOCSIS, IP networking, transport networks, wireless technologies, and network operations.

·       Experience working in fast-paced, highly regulated, and customer-focused environments.

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.

·       PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications are preferred.

**Compensation**

Sand Cherry Associates is required by Colorado law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range considers a wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long-term consulting engagement with an expected salary range of $125,000 - $135,,000. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
