## Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities to promote our diverse portfolio of products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and contribute to driving revenue growth.

### Responsibilities:

-   Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to foster client loyalty and satisfaction.
-   Understand client business objectives and recommend appropriate Sangoma solutions to meet their needs.
-   Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account revenue.
-   Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver seamless service and support.
-   Manage the full account lifecycle including onboarding, renewals, and troubleshooting.
-   Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
-   Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.
-   Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to advise clients proactively.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
-   Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally within telecommunications, VoIP, or unified communications sectors.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
-   Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
-   Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
-   Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
-   Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
-   Familiarity with Sangoma products and open-source communication platforms is a plus.
