As our **Talent & Engagement Partner**, you will play a key role in shaping the associate experience across the entire employee lifecycle. From attracting and onboarding top talent to driving engagement, recognition, learning, and career development initiatives, you will contribute to building a workplace culture that reflects our values and supports both our people strategy and business objectives.

This role is based at our Athens Head Office, with regular travel to Santa Marina Mykonos during the operational season (April–October) and to our Arachova property as required, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effective execution of talent and engagement initiatives across all locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Recruitment & Employer Branding**

-   Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer coordination.
-   Partner with department leaders to understand workforce requirements and support talent acquisition planning.
-   Coordinate recruitment campaigns, career fairs, university partnerships, and talent attraction initiatives to support business needs.
-   Maintain and strengthen the organization's employer brand across recruitment platforms, social media channels, and industry networks.
-   Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing requirements.

 **Onboarding & Associate Integration**

-   Organize and deliver associate orientation sessions, introducing company culture, values, policies, and workplace expectations.
-   Collaborate with department leaders to support effective onboarding and accelerate new hire engagement and productivity.

**Employee Engagement & Recognition**

-   Support the administration, analysis, and communication of associate engagement surveys and feedback programs.
-   Monitor engagement trends and support the development of initiatives that drive employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
-   Coordinate associate recognition programs, celebrations, and employee experience activities that promote engagement, inclusion, and belonging.

**Internal Mobility & Career Development**

-   Support internal mobility initiatives by coordinating internal vacancies, transfers, promotions, and career development opportunities.
-   Promote awareness of internal career pathways and growth opportunities across the organization.
-   Partner with associates and leaders to support career development discussions and talent progression initiatives.

**Learning & Development**

-   Coordinate learning and development programs, training calendars, and educational initiatives across the organization.
-   Maintain training records and monitor compliance with mandatory learning requirements and brand standards.
-   Partner with department leaders to identify development needs and support workforce capability building.
-   Assist in measuring training effectiveness and identifying opportunities to enhance learning outcomes and associate development.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Psychology, or a related field
-   Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, human resources, or a related discipline, ideally within hospitality industry
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
-   Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
-   Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
-   Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset
