# RFP & Proposal Writer - Contract

## Description

·                  We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical RFP Writer to support the preparation of high-quality RFP, RFI, RFQ and proposal responses for SAP implementation, transformation, AMS and staffing opportunities.

·                  Key Responsibilities

·                  Review RFP requirements, scope, evaluation criteria and compliance requirements.

·                  Develop technical and functional proposal responses in collaboration with SAP SMEs.

·                  Prepare solution approaches, methodologies, project plans, delivery models and resource plans.

·                  Develop responses covering SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, AMS, migration and SAP support services.

·                  Create compliance matrices, assumptions, risks, dependencies and clarification questions.

·                  Ensure proposals are technically accurate, compelling, compliant and submitted within deadlines.

·                  Maintain reusable SAP proposal content, case studies and reference material.

·                  Required Skills

·                  4+ years of experience in SAP proposal/RFP writing or SAP bid management.

·                  Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BTP and SAP implementation/AMS services.

·                  Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.

·                  Experience working with SAP consultants/architects to develop technical responses.

·                  Exposure to US/Canadian public-sector RFPs is highly preferred.

·                  Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

·                   

Preferred: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, SAP Business AI and public-sector procurement
