## Description

**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant** with strong hands-on expertise in **SAP ECC** and **SAP S/4HANA** environments. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of PM processes and proven experience supporting or implementing SAP solutions within the **Mining** or **Oil & Gas** industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead or support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities in **SAP PM** across ECC and S/4HANA systems.
-   Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design effective SAP PM solutions.
-   Configure SAP PM modules including equipment management, work order management, breakdown & preventive maintenance, notifications, task lists, maintenance plans, and refurbishment.
-   Integrate PM with other SAP modules such as MM, QM, CO, PS, PP, and EAM.
-   Support data migration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), user training, and go-live activities.
-   Work closely with business stakeholders in Mining/Oil & Gas to optimize asset management and maintenance processes.
-   Troubleshoot complex issues, provide production support, and propose system improvements or innovations.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams in S/4HANA transformation or brownfield/greenfield implementation projects.

**Required Skills & Experience**

-   **5–10+ years** of hands-on experience as an SAP PM Consultant.
-   Strong functional expertise in **SAP PM within both ECC and S/4HANA** landscapes.
-   Knowledge of S/4HANA innovations (e.g., Fiori apps, Maintenance Management, Asset Management).
-   Experience in equipment hierarchy, maintenance order processing, planning, scheduling, and execution.
-   Strong integration knowledge with SAP MM, QM, FI/CO, and other relevant modules.
-   Ability to create functional specifications and work with ABAP teams for custom developments.
-   Good understanding of master data (Equipment, Functional Locations, BOMs, Task Lists).
-   Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred Skills**

-   Domain experience in **Mining** or **Oil & Gas** (Upstream, Midstream, or Downstream).
-   Knowledge of industry-specific maintenance processes (shutdowns/turnarounds, asset integrity, reliability engineering).
-   Exposure to SAP EAM, SAP MRS, or SAP Mobility solutions (Fiori/Work Manager).
-   Experience in predictive maintenance or asset performance management is a plus.

**Education & Certifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
-   SAP PM certification is an advantage.
