## Description

**SARKK SA**, exclusive distribution representative of the **Tommy Hilfiger** & **Calvin Klein** brands, is currently looking for: 

**Store Manager**, for our stores in Sofia.

-   Provide exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards
-   Arrange merchandise and maintain order in the store
-   Focus on results and achieving the store's qualitative and quantitative goals
-   Lead, motivate, and effectively manage the store personnel to boost morale and optimize productivity
-   Ensure the timely and efficient implementation of all operational processes and company guidelines
-   Create and manage monthly staff schedules

## Requirements

-   Enthusiasm for the fashion industry and a passion for sales
-   Communicative character with a customer-oriented approach
-   Strong problem-solving skills and accountability
-   Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
-   2+ years of management experience within the apparel or fashion industry
-   Good knowledge of English
-   Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
-   Solid understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data-driven decision-making
-   Experience with cash register systems is highly desirable
