**SARKK SA**, exclusive distribution representative of the **Tommy Hilfiger** & **Calvin Klein** brands, is currently looking for: 

**Assistant Store Manager**, for our stores in Sofia.

-   Provide quality customer service
-   Arrange merchandise and maintain order in the store
-   Focus on results and achieving the store's qualitative and quantitative goals
-   Establish a strong collaborative relationship with the Store Manager to effectively oversee daily operations
-   Communicate clearly with the team and actively motivate staff to boost morale and performance

## Requirements

-   Enthusiasm for the fashion industry and a passion for sales
-   Communicative character with a customer-oriented approach
-   Spirit of teamwork and cooperation
-   Responsibility and consistency
-   Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
-   Good knowledge of English
-   Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
-   Solid understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data-driven decision-making
-   Experience with cash register systems is highly desirable
