We’re Hiring: Technical Leader – Fintech Insurance (.NET)

Our team is looking for an experienced Technical Leader with a strong background in Fintech Insurance solutions, preferably within the Saudi market. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities and hands-on development experience in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.

  
Responsibilities:  
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable fintech insurance solutions  
• Guide development teams through technical challenges and best practices  
• Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals  
• Ensure high standards for performance, security, and code quality  
• Mentor and support team members technically and professionally

## Requirements

Key Requirements:  
• Proven experience in Fintech and Insurance domain projects

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
