## Description

### Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated **Junior Product Owner** with a **Finance, Accounting, Investment, or Business** background and a strong interest in technology. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology by translating business needs into clear product requirements while working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, and stakeholders.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
-   Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
-   Support backlog management and prioritization.
-   Work closely with development teams during sprint planning, execution, and reviews.
-   Participate in product discovery, user acceptance testing (UAT), and product validation.
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve functional questions.
-   Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for product improvements.
-   Support product documentation, release notes, and knowledge sharing.
-   Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in **Finance, Accounting, Investment, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a related field**.
-   **0–3 years** of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Financial Technology.
-   Good understanding of financial products, investment concepts, or capital markets.
-   Strong interest in software products and emerging technologies.
-   Familiarity with APIs, databases, or system integrations is a plus.
-   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
-   Excellent written and spoken English.

### Preferred Skills

-   Knowledge of Asset Management, Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Investment platforms.
-   Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
-   Understanding of UML, BPMN, or process modeling is a plus.
