# Senior Product Manager - Digital Investment Platform

Sarmad builds digital products and services for the financial services sector, with a focus on investment and asset management platforms. Our work helps financial institutions modernize core journeys, improve client experiences, and deliver digital capabilities that support a fast-evolving market. As part of this mission, Thamar plays a central role in enabling investment organizations to serve clients more effectively across critical products and workflows.

In this role, you will shape the direction of a mission-critical digital investment platform serving the Saudi financial sector. You will help turn market needs, client expectations, and regulatory considerations into a clear product vision that supports business growth while delivering intuitive, high-quality digital experiences.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead the evolution of Thamar, the digital investment platform.
-   Define product strategy for the platform and its future development.
-   Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, and platform impact.
-   Translate market, client, and regulatory requirements into product capabilities.
-   Partner closely with clients, business stakeholders, designers, engineers, and implementation teams to deliver digital experiences across investment onboarding, portfolio management, cash management, client servicing, reporting, and platform integrations.
-   Drive products from concept to launch while balancing commercial objectives, user experience, and technical excellence.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
-   Experience owning product strategy and roadmap for SaaS platforms, including defining product requirements and making prioritization and trade-off decisions.
-   Track record of leading product launches and measuring performance post-launch.
-   Experience with digital investment platforms, asset management, or wealth and investment operations.
-   Experience working directly with clients, senior business stakeholders, designers and engineers, and implementation teams.
-   Business-fluent English and availability to work within +/- 3 hours of Cairo time.
-   Experience working in Agile product development environments is a plus.
-   Business-fluent Arabic is a plus.
