## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Delivery Manager** with a strong technical background to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-quality product features. The ideal candidate is a process-driven professional with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and hands-on expertise in **Jira** and cross-functional team coordination.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Own the end-to-end delivery process across multiple product teams
-   Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
-   Collaborate closely with developers, designers, business analysts, and QA to ensure efficient resource allocation and high team performance
-   Establish, refine, and enforce delivery processes to drive predictable and repeatable results
-   Maintain complete control and visibility using Jira, leveraging its full capabilities for issue tracking, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation
-   Communicate delivery plans and progress clearly with internal stakeholders and clients
-   Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation plans

### **Requirements:**

-   Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in software development environments
-   Strong technical background (e.g., development, QA, or system architecture experience)
-   Hands-on experience with **Jira** at an advanced level – including setting up workflows, dashboards, and reports
-   Excellent organizational and communication skills
-   A problem-solver mindset with a focus on delivery and quality
-   Experience managing cross-functional teams
-   Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a must
-   Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum)

### **Nice to Have:**

-   Background in fintech, SaaS, or product-driven companies
-   Experience with Confluence, or other Atlassian tools
