# Head of Inventory & Supply Growth

## Description

Conceive Plus and SASMAR are scaling fast across global markets and we need someone to own and grow our inventory and supply function. This is a critical role — stockouts cost us sales, retailer relationships and consumer trust. We're fixing that.

**What you'll be doing**

-   Owning end-to-end inventory management across all markets - D2C, wholesale, retail and Amazon
-   Forecasting demand accurately and ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time
-   Managing supplier relationships and lead times to stay ahead of demand
-   Building scalable supply processes as we grow into new markets and channels
-   Working closely with sales and commercial teams so supply always supports growth targets
-   Identifying risk early - seasonal spikes, new product launches, retailer onboarding - and planning for it
-   Reporting on stock health, fill rates, days of cover and supply KPIs

## Requirements

**What we're looking for**

-   Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain or demand planning
-   Has worked in a fast-moving consumer environment - health, beauty, FMCG or ecommerce
-   Commercially minded - understands what a stockout costs, not just operationally but commercially
-   Proactive, not reactive - spots problems before they become fires
-   Comfortable working across multiple markets, currencies and fulfilment channels
-   ERP or inventory system experience essential
