**What Your Day Might Look Like:**

-   **Build dashboards that matter**: Design and implement dashboards in Tableau that are clear, useful, and easy to maintain.
-   **Work with real stakeholders**: Collaborate with clients, BAs, Product Owners, and Data Scientists to clarify reporting needs and priorities.
-   **Prototype and iterate**: Wireframe and prototype dashboards, gather feedback, and refine the solution through quick iterations.
-   **Support the data behind the visuals**: Work with Data Engineers to ensure the data is clean, consistent, and well-structured for reporting.
-   **Own the BI layer**: Contribute to data models, Tableau calculations, and data sources to keep reporting scalable and maintainable.
-   **Be part of delivery**: Participate in agile routines like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
-   **Raise the bar**: Share best practices and help improve how we design and deliver BI solutions.

## Requirements

**Your Superpowers🚀:**

-   2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with strong hands-on expertise in Tableau. (Bonus points if you’ve also worked with Power BI or Looker.)
-   Solid SQL skills and confidence working with data models and Tableau calculations.
-   Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into practical BI solutions.
-   Good understanding of data modelling and structuring reporting layers for scalability.
-   A clear sense of what makes a dashboard effective — not just visually appealing, but decision-oriented.
-   Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar).
-   Comfortable working in agile teams and contributing across the BI delivery lifecycle.
