**What Your Day Might Look Like:**

-   Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across multiple seniority levels.
-   Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
-   Source and engage top tech talent through proactive outbound approaches.
-   Manage interview processes and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
-   Track recruiting metrics and optimize pipelines for speed and quality.

## Requirements

**Your Superpowers 🚀**

-   2+ years of experience recruiting for technical or digital roles.
-   Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and talent communities.
-   Experience using applicant tracking systems, with Workable considered a plus.
-   Experience using recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
-   Proven ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
-   Eligible to work in Greece and based in Athens.
-   Experience with employer branding initiatives or graduate recruitment is a plus.
