# Product Manager (AI Products)

> Satori Analytics · Athens, Greece (Hybrid) · Full-time · Posted 2026-06-09

**Workplace:** hybrid

**Department:** AI Engineering

## Description

**We're building something unusual.**

Satori is a Data & AI agency — and we've been very good at it. We help ambitious companies build data platforms, deploy AI use cases, and transform how they use information to make decisions. Over the years, we've worked with top clients across industries, solved hard problems, and built a team that knows what good looks like.

But we've also noticed something: after hundreds of engagements, we keep encountering the same unsolved problems. Problems worth productising.

So we've started building products. Not to become a software company — we're still a services business at heart — but because some of the things we've built deserve a longer life than a single client engagement. We now have several technologies we call products, and an innovation engine that can produce more.

To make these products real, we need someone to run them.

This is a **hands-on** Product Manager role. You will execute the product strategy set by the leadership team, with real ownership and real accountability.

**What Your Day Might Look Like:**

- **Running delivery**: You'll coordinate the tech team, own the backlog, run the sprint rhythm, and make sure the roadmap moves. You'll apply Lean Startup methodology (or equivalent) to validate fast and build with confidence.
- **Building GTM**: You'll take positioning and pricing from a whiteboard to a working go-to-market engine. Sales enablement, launch plans, channel strategy, early adopter programmes — you'll build these and run them. You'll work with our services teams, who are both an internal customer base and a warm pipeline.
- **Gathering market intelligence**: Customer interviews, win/loss analysis, competitive research — you'll feed insight back into roadmap and positioning. You'll be the one who knows what the market thinks of us, and why deals are won or lost.
- **Owning the customer journey**: Your accountability doesn't end at the sale. You'll define what success looks like for product customers, build onboarding playbooks, monitor customer health, and make sure people get to value — and stay there. Renewals and expansion are part of the job.
- **Owning the numbers**: You'll own the assumptions and business cases that drive product investment decisions — market sizing, pipeline projections, pricing logic, adoption drivers. Working with Finance and Strategy on model integrity, you'll make sure that when leadership decides where to invest, the numbers they're looking at are grounded in reality.
- **(Might) Cover more than one product**: You'll need to be comfortable with that.

## Requirements

**Your Superpowers🚀:**

- You have direct experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or data/AI context. You understand the difference between a customer and a user, between a roadmap and a backlog, between market feedback and feature requests.
- You're commercially sharp. You've worked with pricing, pipeline, and P&Ls — not just user stories and sprint velocity.
- You're entrepreneurial. You're comfortable in ambiguity, energised by early-stage dynamics, and good at figuring things out without a playbook. You know when to move fast and when to slow down and validate.
- You can communicate upward and sideways. You'll be presenting to leadership, and building trust with a technical team and a sales team simultaneously.

**Bonus Points for:**

- You've launched or scaled a product in a small team and know what that actually requires
- You've worked in or alongside a professional services / consulting business before
- You're a strong writer and communicator — our products need stories, not just feature lists
- You have experience with Lean Startup, Jobs-to-be-Done, or structured discovery methods
- You're comfortable with data and can build a credible financial model
- You have a background in AI — either technical or applied
- You've worked with early adopter or design partner programmes
- You have experience preparing materials for investors or board audiences
